::The brief
What they needed.
E47 is a new programme that needs three things at once: students to apply, donors to fund it and partners to get involved. Each group arrives with different questions.
The programme itself — a five-course pathway, a national STEM Racing event and a model where paid courses help fund the free ones — had to be explained clearly enough to win trust before the first cohort had even started.
::The build
What we delivered.
Brand book
A 12-page brand book that gives the programme a consistent identity across its website, social channels and printed material.
STEAM Maker Lab pathway
The five courses — CAD, electronics and embedded systems, STEM Racing, AI-assisted programming and a final mechatronic project — shown as one sequence.
STEM Racing
A dedicated page for the 10-day immersion where teams of eight design, build and race a car, open to grades 9–12 from across Pakistan.
Student applications
An application and interview route for Cohort 01, making clear that places are free and selection is not based on ability to pay.
Impact, plan and support
The free, paid and sandbox tracks explained, with Donate and Support always in the navigation for funders.
::Why it worked
The thinking behind it.
Every decision on this build answers to the people the site is for. Here is the reasoning.
01A clear path for each audience
Apply, Support and Contact sit in the main navigation on every page. Students, donors and partners each find their next step without hunting for it.
02A pathway, not a course list
Showing the five courses in order, ending in a working mechatronic device, lets students see where they will end up and lets donors see what they are funding.
03STEM Racing as the hook
An F1-endorsed international competition gives students something exciting to aim for, and opening it to schools nationwide carries the programme's name well beyond Hunza.
04Open about how it is funded
Explaining how paid courses support the free track shows funders the programme is built to last, not just to run for a single year.
IEI Pakistan — Innovate, Educate & Inspire — is a grassroots feminist collective working with girls, young women, teachers and communities across the mountain valleys of Hunza-Nagar in Gilgit-Baltistan. We built their brand guidelines and their website.
